PROFITABILITAS DAN EFISIENSI USAHA PETERNAKAN AYAM PETELUR DARI FASE PULLET HINGGA MASA AKHIR PRODUKSI DI HUDA FARM

This study analyzes the financial and technical feasibility of Huda Farm, a small- scale layer chicken farm located in Kalidawir Village, Tulungagung Regency, Indonesia. The farm manages layer chickens from pullet phase to culling, using a semi-automated open house system. Data were collected through observation and interviews, covering one production cycle of 18-80 weeks of rearing. The results The farm achieved a Net Profit Margin (NPM) of 25,83% and a Return on Investment (ROI) of 28,22%,indicating strong profitability and investment efficiency. Additionally, the Break Even Point (BEP) analysis showed a favorable position, as production exceeded the minimum required to break even. Both the Revenue/Cost (R/C) ratio of 1,35 confirm that the business is financially viable and efficient.
