PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KEBERADAAN AYAM PETELUR DI DUSUN SUKOSARI DESA GADUNGAN KECAMATAN GANDUSARI KABUPATEN BLITAR

COMMUNITY PERCEPTION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF THE
PRESENCE OF LAYING CHICKENS IN SUKOSARI SUB-VILLAGE,
GADUNGAN VILLAGE, GANDUSARI DISTRICT, BLITAR REGENCY.
This research aims to determine the public's perception of the existence of
laying hens in Sukosari Sub-village, Gadungan Village, Gandusari District, Blitar
Regency. The material used in this research is people who live close to laying hens
with a radius of 200 meters, where in laying hens there will be a social impact on
the existence of laying hen communities around community settlements and using
a questionnaire/list of questions. The survey method used was by taking a direct
approach to the community around the location of the laying hen farm in Sukosari
Sub-village, Gadungan Village, Gandusari District, Blitar Regency. With negative
perception results, namely the smell was very disturbed, quite disturbed by 38
people, the presence of flies, was very disturbed by 28 people, waste, was quite
disturbed by two people. and not disturb 71 people, water pollution does not disturb
46 people while the positive perception is that job opportunities did not disturb 60
people, frozen eggs were very disturbed 38 people were very disturbed by manure,
42 people were quite disturbed, and three people were not disturbed. Based on the
results of research that has been carried out in general, it can be concluded that the
public's positive perception of laying hens is not helpful/beneficial. Meanwhile, the
negative thing is that the public's perception of laying hens is quite disturbed.
