ANALISIS USAHA TERNAK AYAM BROILER DENGAN SISTEM KEMITRAAN DI IMIN BROILER FARM

Imin Broiler Farm is a broiler chicken farming business located in Blitar Regency. This business is run through a partnership system with PT Laju Satwa Wisesa and has been managed by Mr. Imin since 2017. This farm has a capacity of raising 12,500 broiler chickens in one rearing period. This study aims to analyze production costs, revenue, income, and the feasibility of a broiler chicken farming business with a partnership system. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collection techniques through direct observation and interviews with farmers. The analysis included calculating production costs, revenue, Break Even Point (BEP), and Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C). The results of the study showed that the total production cost during one broiler chicken production cycle was Rp 513,438,807, consisting of fixed costs of Rp 492,500 and variable costs of Rp 512,946,307. Production revenue reached Rp 568,655,531.4, resulting in a net income of Rp 55,216,724.4. The BEP value for production was 239 kg and the BEP price was Rp 18,960/kg. The R/C ratio obtained was 1.11, indicating that the broiler chicken farming business was feasible because the R/C value was more than one. Therefore, the conclusion of this study is that the broiler chicken farming business at Imin Broiler Farm is feasible and profitable.
