Analisis Hubungan Produksi, Permintaan dan Harga Pada Komoditas Jeruk Nipis (Studi Kasus di Desa Srengat, Kecamatan Srengat, Kabupaten Blitar)

One of the fruits favored by the Indonesian people as a mixture of drinks
is lime. Lime which has the Latin name Citrus aurantifolia, Swingle is a plant that
has a therapeutic effect functioning as a medicine for diseases caused by bacteria.
This study aims to determine the condition of lime farming in Srengat Village.
Knowing the relationship between production, demand and price of lime in Mr.
Suhirwan's plantation in Srengat Village. Lime farming in Srengat Village is very
good, in terms of demand it is high, namely 160 kg to 250 kg per week, while the
production or goods/fruit that can be provided by farmers is 155 kg to 235 per week.
So it can be concluded that demand is always above production, so farmers are
expected to increase production in accordance with market demand. Quantitative
research methods are used in this study. The population or sample of this study
were lime farmers and purposive sampling as a data collection technique. Data
processing used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS Version 23
software. The model results were market demand and production were variables
that affected the price of lime. In addition, the value of R2 is 0.334, so the
dependent variable is the price of limes which is influenced by the independent
variables, namely market demand and production of limes, which are 33.4%.
Further researchers are required to use additional variables other than demand
and production on price.
