Abstract

Risk management is a systematic process for identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and controlling risks in an organization or project. The main objective of risk management is to reduce or minimize the negative impact of risks and maximize existing opportunities. This study aims to determine what are the biggest risks and the right mitigation for the biggest risks in the South Cross Line construction project LOT 2 Bululawang Sidomulyo Tambakrejo segment. The project location. This study was designed with a descriptive quantitative approach that focuses on the collection and analysis of numerical data to describe the phenomenon or characteristics of a particular population or sample in detail.
