ANALISIS KINERJA SIMPANG 4 BERSINYAL DENGAN MENGUNAKAN APLIKASI VISSIM (Studi Kasus: Simpang Empat Bersinyal Bis Nggoling Dan Simpang Empat Bersinyal Jepun, Kabupaten Tulungagung)

( Studi Kasus : Simpang Empat Bersinyal Bis Nggoling dan Simpang Empat Bersinyal Jepun, Kabupaten Tulungagung )
Kinerja suatu simpang merupakan kondisi kelayakan fasilitas simpang yang di pengaruhi oleh kapasitas jalan, perilaku lalulintas, serta kecepatan suatu kendaraan. Simpang yang di analisis adalah simpang empat bersinyal Bis Nggoling dan simpang empat bersinyal Jepun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk Mengetahui perbandingan Software PTV Vissim dan MKJI 1997 dan Mengetahui hasil permodelan alternatif dalam analisis kinerja dari simpang empat bersinyal Bis Nggoling dan simpang empat bersinyal Jepun. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 hari (Sabtu, Minggu, dan Senin) selama 15,5 jam mulai pukul 05.30 WIB s/d 21.00 WIB. Data yang diambil adalah data Hasil perbandingan kinerja simpang empat bersinyal Bis Nggoling dan simpang empat bersinyal Jepun pada hari Sabtu, Minggu, dan Senin adalah geometri, arus lalu lintas dan waktu sinyal. Hasil kinerja simpang empat bersinyal pada simpang empat bersinyal Jepun tingkat pelayanan lebih buruk dikarenakan derajat kejenuhan dan tundaan pada simpang empat Jepun lebih tinggi dari pada simpang empat Bis Nggoling.

"Performance Analysis of Signalized Intersection 4 Using the Vissim Application"
(Case Study: Simpang Empat with a Bis Nggoling signal and Simpang Empat with a Jepun signal, Tulungagung Regency)
The performance of an intersection is a condition of the feasibility of intersection facilities which is influenced by road capacity, traffic behavior and vehicle speed. The intersections analyzed are the intersection with the Bis Nggoling signal and the intersection with the Jepun signal. The purpose of this research is to find out the comparison of the PTV Vissim and MKJI 1997 software and to find out the results of alternative modeling in performance analysis of the intersection with the Bis Nggoling signal and the intersection with the Jepun signal. The research was carried out for 3 days (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) for 15.5 hours starting at 05.30 WIB to 21.00 WIB. The data taken is data. The results of a comparison of the performance of the intersection with the Bis Nggoling signal and the intersection with the Jepun signal on Saturday, Sunday and Monday are geometry, traffic flow and signal timing. The performance results of the four-signaled intersection at the Jepun four-signaled intersection, the level of service is worse because the degree of saturation and delays at the Jepun four-way intersection is higher than at the Bus Nggoling four-way intersection.
