Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Keberadaan Peternakan Babi Pada Pemukiman Warga Di Lingkungan Balapan Kelurahan Sukorejo Kota Blitar

This study seeks to establish how the general population views the presence
of pig farms in the Racing Environment, Sukorejo Village, Blitar City. This research
aims to determine farmers' perceptions ofjthejexistence of pig farms in the Sukorejo
area, Blitar City. This research uses one variable, namely negative perception. The
sampling method employed was purposive, focusing on individuals residing in
close proximity to pig farms. with a radius of 250 meters with a total sample of 90
respondents. These variables are broken down into 6 subvariables which will be
used as references in the research, namely smell, sound, water pollution, rubbish,
flies and social phenomena. This research utilized descriptive statistics for data
analysis, including grouping, simplification, and presentation methods such as
frequency distribution tables. Additionally, measurements were conducted using a
Likert scale. Based on the research results, the negative perception score towards
animal husbandry is 130. These findings indicate that the community does not
perceive any disruption caused by the presence of pig farms.
