ANALISIS USAHA PETERNAKAN AYAM RAS PETELUR DI SUMBER MAJU FARM DESA WONOREJO KECAMATAN SRENGAT KABUPATEN BLITAR

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of a laying hen farm managed by Sumber Maju Farm in Blitar Regency. The analysis includes financial and non-financial aspects, including investment costs, operational expenses, income, Break Event Point, and R/C. Data collection was conducted through direct observation, interviews, and documentation of Sumber Maju Farm's operational activities. Quantitative methods were used, including primary and secondary data. The results of the study indicate that this business is financially feasible, as indicated by the R/C ratio. An R/C value of 1,24 indicates that this business is feasible for development. However, feed cost optimization is necessary because feed costs exceed the average standard efficiency of livestock businesses. Thus, laying hen farming is considered feasible for further development. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that Sumber Maju Farm's laying hen farm is feasible and profitable in Blitar Regency.
