Analisis Kebijakan SMK3 Berdasarkan ISO 45001 Terhadap Perusahaan Jasa Konstruksi di Kota Blitar

ABSTRAK
Untuk mengurangi kecelakaan kerja perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi di Kota Blitar. Penggunaan SMK3 diwajibkan agar mengurangi kecelakaan kerja dan meningkatkan perlindungan tenaga kerja dalam proyek konstruksi. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik sample random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji instrumen dan analisis regresi berganda, dengan menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kinerja Perusahaan terhadap SMK3, Penerapan SMK3, dan Perencanaan SMK3 secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap SMK3 berdasarkan ISO 45001 (signifikansi < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Material, Penerapan SMK3, dan Perencanaan SMK3 mempengaruhi implementasi SMK3 berdasarkan standar ISO 45001. Uji f menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan variabel-variabel ini secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap SMK3 berdasarkan ISO 45001. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perusahaan konstruksi di Kota Blitar telah berhasil menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) berdasarkan ISO 45001 dengan baik, mencapai tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 80,3%. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami pentingnya implementasi SMK3 untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dalam industri konstruksi.

ABSTRAK
To reduce work accidents for companies operating in the construction sector in Blitar City. The use of SMK3 is required to reduce work accidents and increase worker protection in construction projects. The research method uses a questionnaire with a random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using instrument tests and multiple regression analysis, by testing the hypothesis using the t test and f test. The results of the analysis show that the variables Company Performance towards SMK3, Implementation of SMK3, and SMK3 Planning significantly influence SMK3 based on ISO 45001 (significance < 0.05). This shows that Material Management, SMK3 Implementation, and SMK3 Planning influence the implementation of SMK3 based on the ISO 45001 standard. The f test shows that overall these variables together have a significant effect on SMK3 based on ISO 45001. Thus, it can be concluded that the company construction in Blitar City has successfully implemented an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) based on ISO 45001 well, achieving a success rate of 80.3%. This research contributes to understanding the importance of implementing SMK3 to improve occupational safety and health in the construction industry.
